Abstract

|
First, in the research of the frequency in the dental medically-treated species of all the subjects, the result was that 5,674 people, that is 90.4% of 6,277, suffered the diseases of pulp and periopical 2,099(33.44%), dental caries was 1,668(26.6%), gingivitis and periodontal diseases was 1,374(21.9%), and the disorders of tooth development and eruption was 533(8.5%).
Second, the frequency of receiving treatment according to the sex showed that female was 17.4% higher than male, the actual distribution condition showed that among all the male and female dentally-treated, the diseases of pulp and periopical recorded the highest points.
Third, in the medical index analysis in the dental medically-treated, the disease of salivary glands showed the high frequency in the days of being hospitalized, the days of medication, the fee of the medical examination, the fee of radiation diagnosis, the total fee of treatment, and government supporting money, and the fee for treatment and opeartion showed the highest frequency in the the diseases of pulp and periopical which needed many hospitalization days and much material fee.
Forth, the result, which analyzed the diagnosis index according to the age, showed that in the 50s it was higher than the other age, and the days of hospitalization, the days of medication, the fee of medical examination, the fee of radiation diagnosis, the total free of the treatment, and the government-support money recorded the high frequency.
Fifth, the result, which analyzed the main diagnosis index according to the area, in the city area, the days of hospitalization, the fee of medical examination, the days of medication, the fee of diagnosis, the treatment and the fee of operation, the fee of radiation diagnosis, the total treatment fee, their own partly money, and the government-support money were higher than in the province area, however, the days of medication and the fee of the medication, and the anesthesia fee in the province area were higher than in the city area.
Sixth, according to the result, which analyzed the dental diagnosis index according to the species, in the days of the hospitalization, the days of medication, the fee of medical examination, the fee of medication, the fee of anesthesia, the fee of radiation diagnosis, the total treatment fee, the government-support money, and the class 1 showed the higher frequency than the class 2.
